NEET MDS Exam postponed to March 1, 2023: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has postponed the NEET MDS examination to 1st March 2023. Candidates who are competing for NEET MDS 2023 can check the exam notification on NEET Official website,

NEET MDS Exam Postponed from January 8 to March 1, 2023

The NBEMS earlier scheduled the NEET MDS examination 8th January 2023. Now, the exam date is rescheduled to 1st March 2023. Hence the competitors can check the NEET MDS notification 2023 from the official website and prepare accordingly.

“Pursuant to the approval of the Dental Council of India vide its letter No DCI/Admissions/Admsn/NEETPG/MDS/015/ 2022-23/ 5433 dated 25.08.2022, NBEMS announced that NEET-MDS 2023 shall be tentatively held on 8th January 2023. The Dental Council of India has now communicated the decision of its Executive Committee taken in its meeting held on 7th November 2022 wherein it has been decided to conduct the NEET-MDS 2023 in the month of March 2023,” reads the official notification.

“The information bulletin and online application form for NEET-MDS 2023 shall be published on NBEMS website in due course,” reads an NBEMS statement.

The FMGE examination is also postponed from December 2022 to 20 January 2023 along with NEET MDS exam 2023. In view of the Delhi MCD polls, these examinations were postponed.

  • The Union Health Ministry has reduced the cut-off percentage by 25.714 percent for each category – General, SC, ST, OBC and UR-PWD.
  • The NEET MDS revised cut-off for candidates belonging to the General category is 174
  • For candidates from SC, ST and OBC categories it is 138
  • For the UR-PwD category it is 157.
