Apple Could Launch a MacBook Pro Model with OLED Screen, and Touchscreen Support in 2025

Apple is working on changes to its popular MacBook laptops. Recently, newer generations of MacBooks were introduced by Apple. The Cupertino, California-based tech giant has recently reported that Apple could launch touchscreen support on its Mac computers. MacBook Pro to get touchscreen support by 2025. Apple will also bring the OLED display technology to its laptops. At present, Apple laptops are using Liquid Retina LCD displays, while its Super Retina OLED displays are limited to the firm’s iPhone and Apple Watch models.

According to the reports, Apple engineers are “actively engaged” on the development of a MacBook touchscreen and could announce the display on a new MacBook Pro in 2025. Apple is offering touchscreen on iPad in the tablet segment. While the touchscreen in not being offered on Apple MacBook all these years.

Many of the laptops like Dell, Lenovo, and other laptops are offering two-in-one laptops with touch displays.

As per the reports, the design of MacBook will remain same after introducing the touchscreen. Includes keyboard and a trackpad. The touch display could later make its way to other MacBook models. MacBook is going to move to OLED display in place of LCD display. Apple is presently offering OLED display on its iPhone and Apple Watch models while it is going to be introduced for MacBook models. MacBook also going to incorporate new features. It is going to include a new keyboard with dynamic functions in future MacBook models. The keyboard could reportedly feature changing key functions that light up based on the context. The symbols are reportedly feature animation and video on top of the keys.
